Macon Resources, Inc.'s (MRI) Community Employment Services' primary goal is to provide assistance to businesses by helping recruit and retain qualified employees. We represent people with a wide range of abilities, education, and experience and assist them in community-integrated work settings.
We can help your business in many ways:
Filling vacant positions
Making the best use of tax incentives
Reducing costs when hiring eligible workers
Plus, MRI's services are free!
After we learn about your employment needs, we screen potential candidates from our roster of job seekers. You then have the opportunity to interview any candidates whose skills match your needs. The individuals we serve have a great desire to work; you'll find our candidates stay in their jobs longer, come to work on time, and have a genuine desire to become successful. MRI's Community Employment team provides ongoing assistance and follow up to both the employer and the new employee.
