Behavioral Health Clinic
Macon Resources’ Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) was created in 2023 to address the behavioral needs of individuals diagnosed with an intellectual disability and at least one other mental health disorder. The BHC aims to provide integrated care that addresses the whole individual through a variety of services. With support from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Behavioral Health Clinics are designed to serve individuals with behavioral and mental health needs and are intended to be smaller entities focusing on specific populations.
To be eligible for this service, you must:
• Have a dual diagnosis of at least one intellectual disability and one mental health disorder
• Undergo mental health assessment or interview to determine necessity
