Macon Resources, Inc. (MRI) is gearing up for one of its most anticipated annual traditions — Field Day 2026, taking place on Thursday, May 7th at 12:00 PM at MRI’s Meaningful Meadows in Decatur. The event brings together individuals served by MRI, families, staff, and community partners for an afternoon dedicated to joy, inclusion, and meaningful connection.
Field Day has long been a cornerstone of MRI’s mission to Build Meaningful Lives, offering a space where people of all abilities can participate, celebrate, and simply enjoy being together. This year’s event promises a vibrant mix of activities, recognition, and community spirit.
MRI welcomes families, guardians, and community partners to attend and participate. While registration is not required, guests are encouraged to RSVP through MRI’s website or event QR code to help organizers prepare for lunch and activities.

The day kicks off at noon with an Awards Ceremony, honoring the accomplishments and growth of individuals across MRI’s programs. The ceremony highlights personal milestones, teamwork, and the supportive environment that MRI fosters year‑round.
